A brick paver patio with stone fire pit and seat wall, a 5-car detached garage with workshop and an electrified shed with lofts. Owner-cleared paths wind the wooded back acreage past a sledding hill and mature maples, sweet gum and pin oak. Beyond, a shared pond with owner-built dock, stocked with bass, bluegill and catfish; fishing, swimming and kayaking. Two miles from uptown Marysville, with US 33 reaching Columbus in about 25 minutes and Honda's Marysville and Raymond operations closer still.
